"Product details are vague"
When I’m just looking at the product pages, there isn’t enough info for me to feel confident buying. The details feel a little vague. Sizing, materials, better photos. All of that would help a lot.

"Got it sorted in the end"
Had an issue at first and ended up waiting a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying since I was trying to get it handled between other errands that day. But eventually it did get fixed, so I’m glad it worked out in the end.

I messaged pom-shop.com a couple times about my order and got no response at all. No real update, no proper answer, just left waiting around. It’s frustrating when a shop takes your money but can’t even reply to a simple message. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they sort out their support.

I ordered from pom-shop.com and was relieved when the package showed up in good shape. I always worry about stuff getting scratched, dented, or ruined in shipping because then it feels like such a hassle and a waste of money. But the box was sturdy, nothing was rattling around inside, and everything had enough padding. It arrived clean too, not crushed or beat up like some deliveries I’ve had. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made me feel better about ordering again

"Tracking stayed stuck after they promised updates"
I ordered from pom-shop.com because they made it sound like I’d be able to track everything properly once I paid, but that promise didn’t really mean much. The tracking just sat on the same status for days with no real update, no clear location, and basically no useful info at all. I kept checking because I actually needed the item soon, and it was frustrating watching nothing change.
I tried to get more details, but the whole process was slow, confusing, and not very helpful. Maybe the package will still show up at some point, but if a shop promises tracking and then it barely works, that’s a problem. this experience was annoying enough that I wouldn’t order from them again

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from pom-shop.com and the items themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. But the international shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, and I had to email them just to find out what was going on. Like, come on now, that’s frustrating when you’re waiting and have no idea where your order is. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying if you need your stuff anytime soon.

I’ve ordered online plenty of times before and usually the payment goes through smoothly, but this time was frustrating. My card was charged, yet the order still showed as pending, so I wasn’t sure if it actually went through or not.

I ordered these sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. The prints came out looking nice overall. The quality was good, but the colors seemed a little more muted than I was expecting. Still happy with them for the most part

"Good shop, but the shipping felt a little pricey"
I ordered from pom-shop.com recently, and overall it was a smooth experience. I found what I needed, checkout was simple, and when the package arrived, everything was in good shape with no issues at all.

The only thing that stood out to me was the shipping cost. For what I bought, it felt a bit higher than I expected. It wasn’t enough to ruin the experience, and I’m still happy with my order, but I do wish delivery had been a little cheaper...

"Refund was quick, though I was a bit confused"
I ended up asking for a refund after I changed my mind about an order, and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first.

The process was easy overall, even if I was a little confused by the updates I got along the way. Still, the money came back faster than I thought it would, just a few days, and I didn’t really have to keep chasing them.

Communication could’ve been clearer, but the refund itself was handled quickly, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Pretty good stock most of the time"
I’d give pom-shop.com 4 stars because they usually have what I’m looking for in stock. There were a couple things I wanted that were sold out, but it wasn’t nothing too frustrating compared to some other sites I’ve used. I do think restocking could be a little quicker. Overall, it’s easy to find what’s available, and I can’t say I had much trouble placing my order.

"Decent selection, but I noticed the gaps after a while"
When I first checked it out, I thought the options were good. After browsing for a bit though, I started to notice there wasn’t as much variety as I expected, and a few things I would’ve liked to see were missing. It’s decent overall, just not quite as complete as I hoped

I got my order from pom-shop.com, the comfort is kind of mixed for me. It feels fine if I’m wearing it for a short time, but after a few hours it’s not as comfy as I was hoping. It’s not bad or anything, just average in my experience.

I’ll be honest, the return process was frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it should, and customer support didn’t really do much to make things easier. I did eventually get it sorted, so I guess it worked out in the end, but I wouldn’t say it was a smooth experience.

"Fabric felt really cheap"
Uh, I was disappointed when this arrived. It looked nice in the pictures, but the fabric felt really thin and kind of scratchy in person. It wasn’t soft at all, and it didn’t hang or sit nicely when I tried it on.

After just one wash, it already looked worse, like it probably won’t hold up for long. For the price, I really expected better quality. I wouldn’t order from pom-shop.com again.

The prices seemed fair to me overall, so I can’t really complain. I do feel like they could’ve made things a little clearer upfront, but for what I paid, it was mostly fine.
